Lori Senecal, one of the world’s most successful business leaders, is expected to exit her managerial role at CP+B by the end of 2017. The celebrated entrepreneur took over the position of the global CEO at the agency early 2015 and has tremendously transformed the business to its current position. Before accepting the then new position in the organization, Lori served as the COE and president of MDC Partners Network.
According to Chuck Porter, the co-founder and chairman of CP+B, Lori Senecal is exactly who the organization needed in order to achieve its mission. He has reportedly confessed that Lori has absolutely delivered beyond the expectations. She has not only put the agency in the global map but also enabled it win a number of honorable awards including the American Airlines in 2015.
The CP+B’s chairman is reported to have confirmed that together with Lori, they are already preparing for a smooth transition of leadership. The duo has recently intensified their human resource development in order to ensure that the agency’s leadership remains innovative and competent moving forward. Danielle Aldrich, formerly a co-managing director for CP+B Boulder, has already been promoted to be the president of CP+B West as part of the restructuring strategy. She attended the McGill University as a business major before launching her entrepreneurial career. She has served as the global chairperson and CEO of KBS, and president of flagship New York as well as the global chief innovation officer at McCann Worldgroup just to mention a few.
