Gino Pozzo comes from a family that are sports enthusiasts, especially when it comes to the football league being as Gino is the owner of the Watford Football Club in England. He was raised in Italy to parents involved with football clubs as they owned other teams and has a masters degree from the prestigious Harvard University. His family before owning a team had their own woodworking business that they sold in the year 2008 to focus on the sports world with his father purchasing Udinese. It is clear that Gino Pozzo and his family have ties to the sports world and are passionate about building teams up to become contenders as Pozzo has proven that over time improving the clubs that he owns. Gino has been able to steer the Udinese club in the right direction since being the leader and his skills of scouting talent. The son was also able to acquire the team Granada F.C. and make them into a contender and straight forward into a better group under his control. He did the same with the Watford club and his vision to acquire the team was because he particularly liked their play style and of English football in general. As many know, there is a lot of money to be made in the sports world and the times have changed, with profit giving way to loyalty. Gino Pozzo clearly has a proven track record to acquire teams that are struggling immensely both financially and on the field and improve them. Some have criticized the leader for swapping out players, managers, and coaches frequently as he lists that is just a part of the game. Regardless, the plan has worked as the owner signed brilliant players and improved their ranking amongst other opponents.
